Preparation Steps
Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and set aside.
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix rice flour, cornstarch, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and water to form a smooth batter.
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
Fry the Cauliflower
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make the Tamarind Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine tamarind paste, brown sugar, and a splash of water. Heat over low flame until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly.
