Preparation and Baking

1

Prepare the Pizza Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). On a clean surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 14-inch circle. If it's too elastic, let it rest for a few minutes.

2

Prepare the Baking Sheet

Lightly grease a pizza stone or baking sheet with olive oil. Sprinkle cornmeal over the surface to prevent sticking.

3

Spread the Tomato Sauce

Spread the crushed San Marzano tomatoes evenly over the stretched pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

4

Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.

5

Layer the Toppings

Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices, crumbled Italian sausage, sliced green peppers, sliced red onions, sliced black olives, and sliced mushrooms over the cheese.

6

Bake the Pizza

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

7

Slice and Serve

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
