A half pound of original or dusted wings or 5 pieces boneless, and a St. Louis Half Rack of Ribs of our succulent pork back ribs basted with your choice of sauce and served with your choice of side, our famous Garlic Dill Sauce and coleslaw.

Preparation

Prepare the Wings
If using whole wings, separate them into drumettes and flats. Toss the wings with your choice of buffalo sauce or dry rub seasoning. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the St. Louis pork back ribs with your favorite seasoning. Place them on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Cook the Wings
While the ribs are baking, heat a deep fryer or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Toss the cooked wings in additional buffalo sauce if desired.

Plate the Combo
Serve the wings alongside the ribs. Add a generous side of garlic dill sauce and coleslaw to the plate. Enjoy!
