Preparation
Make the Cream Cheese Icing
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
Assemble the Pint
In a pint container, layer the vanilla ice cream, followed by the crumbled birthday cake, and then the cream cheese icing. Repeat the layers until the container is full.
Add Sprinkles
Top the final layer with rainbow sprinkles for decoration.
Freeze
Place the assembled pint in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.
