In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Season the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Bake the Wings

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix the Sauce

Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve them with the Garlic Dill sauce and your choice of sides.
