Method
Preparing the Wings

Prepare Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, plant-based milk, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated, and place them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake the Wings
Bake the coated florets in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Toss in Hot Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in hot sauce until evenly coated.
Making the Garlic Dill Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the vegan mayonnaise, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste until well combined.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Serve the spicy plant-based wings with a side of the garlic dill sauce for dipping.
