Preparing the Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Ensure even coating.
Frying the Chicken Tenders

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

In a small bowl, combine plum preserves, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well until smooth.
