Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry, then toss them in a bowl with the dusted seasoning until evenly coated. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Preparing the Boneless Wings

  1. 3

    Prepare the Boneless Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces in the dusted seasoning until well coated.

  2. 4

    Cook the Boneless Wings

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Cook the seasoned boneless chicken for about 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Making the Garlic Dill Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Meal

Serve the baked wings and cooked boneless wings with your choice of fries and celery sticks on the side. Drizzle the Garlic Dill sauce over the wings or serve it on the side for dipping.
