Crispy Fish Tacos Recipe
Two soft tortillas lightly grilled and filled with crisp beer battered fish, guacamole, coleslaw and a shredded cheese blend. Topped with green onion and ranch dressing. Served with seasoned tortilla chips and salsa.

Prepare the Fish
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Slowly whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth. Dip each fish fillet into the batter, coating completely.

Fry the Fish
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the battered fish fillets and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Build the Tacos
On each tortilla, layer with guacamole, crispy fish, coleslaw mix, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Top with sliced green onions and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
