Prepare the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let them rest before slicing.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to taste until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
Assemble the Salad

Toss the Salad
In a large bowl, chop the romaine lettuce and add the sliced chicken, croutons, and cooked bacon (crumbled). Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.
