Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are all roughly the same size for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the plant-based milk until you have a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  5. 5

    Toss in Hot Sauce

Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in a bowl with hot sauce until well coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of side and the Garlic Dill sauce.
