Crust and Filling
Method
Preparation
- 1
Make the Oreo Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- 2
Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- 3
Assemble the Pie
Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled Oreo crust. Chop the mini Reese's cups and sprinkle them on top of the filling. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- 4
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with Reese's Pieces. Enjoy!
