Ingredients for Wagyu Slider
Method
Directions for Preparing Wagyu Slider
- 1
Prepare the Wagyu Patty
Season the Wagyu beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Patty
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Wagyu patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- 3
Melt the Brie
In the last minute of cooking, place the Brie cheese on top of the patty and cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.
- 4
Toast the Brioche Bun
While the patty is cooking, melt the unsalted butter in another skillet over medium heat. Toast the brioche bun cut-side down until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Slider
Place the cooked Wagyu patty with melted Brie on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Add any optional toppings if desired, then place the top half of the bun on top.
- 6
Serve
Serve the Wagyu slider immediately while hot and enjoy!
