Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt, bay leaves, and the juice of half a lemon. Add the jumbo shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and transfer the shrimp to an ice bath to stop cooking. Once cooled, peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.

Make the Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Serve
Arrange the shrimp on a serving plate. Serve with the cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
