Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and semisweet chocolate. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract. Fold in the flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.

Fill the Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 2/3 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

Serve
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
