Method

Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce

1

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

2

Season the Sauce

Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Set aside for flavors to meld.

Prepare the Steak

3

Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.

4

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F (232°C).

5

Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.

6

Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve

7

Plate and Serve

Slice the rested steak and top each serving with a generous amount of chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
