Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Wild Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the wild rice blend, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

Serve
Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled chicken on a bed of wild rice blend, garnished with fresh parsley.
