Cook the Wild Rice
Rinse the wild rice blend under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine the wild rice blend with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Combine and Melt
Return the grilled chicken to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Top each chicken breast with an equal amount of the Swiss cheese. Cover the skillet and let cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Serve
Spoon the wild rice blend onto plates and place the smothered chicken on top of the rice. Serve hot and enjoy!
