Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, covering both sides evenly.

  3. 3

    Wrap the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a large piece of aluminum foil, bone side down. Wrap the foil tightly around the ribs to create a sealed packet.

  4. 4

    Slow Roast

Place the foil-wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  6. 6

    Finish on the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
