Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, flat side down. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

2

Make the Glaze

In a saucepan, combine Cheshire Farms Honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.

3

Glaze the Ham

Brush half of the honey glaze over the scored surface of the ham.

4

Bake the Ham

Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

5

Final Touch

Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize. The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).

6

Serve

Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
