Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cowboy Butter

In a bowl, combine softened butter with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. 2

    Cook the Skirt Steak

Season the Wagyu skirt steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Tri-Color Peppers

Slice the tri-color bell peppers into strips. In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the peppers until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Onion Rings

Slice the onion into thick rings. Dip each ring in buttermilk, then dredge in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, lay down slices of the skirt steak, top with sautéed peppers, and serve with crispy onion rings on the side. Drizzle with Cowboy Butter.
