Char the Snap Peas
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the snap peas and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are charred and tender. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

While the snap peas are cooking, dice the watermelon into small cubes.
