Banana Pudding

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Vanilla Mousse

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Make Milk Jam Swirl

In a small saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. 3

    Layer the Pudding

In a serving dish, layer the bottom with Nilla Wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, a layer of vanilla mousse, and a drizzle of milk jam. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mousse on top.

  4. 4

    Chill and Serve

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled, garnished with additional banana slices and Nilla Wafers if desired.
