Mix the Pork Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, chopped shallots, fish sauce, sugar, chili flakes, black pepper, lemongrass, chopped cilantro, and green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Shape the Sausages
Once the mixture is well combined, take a handful of the mixture and shape it into small sausage links or patties, about 4 inches long. Repeat until all the mixture is shaped.

Prepare Sticky Rice
While the sausages are cooking, rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and steam the rice for about 30-40 minutes until tender and sticky.

Once the sausages are cooked and the sticky rice is ready, serve the sausages hot with a side of sticky rice and fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
