Horseradish Encrusted Salmon

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Make the Horseradish Crust

In a small bowl, mix the prepared horseradish, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.

  3. 3

    Bake the Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Horseradish Honey Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice. Drizzle this sauce over the salmon just before serving.

  5. 5

    Cook the Asparagus

While the salmon is baking, steam the asparagus until tender, about 5-7 minutes. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the lemon zest, tossing the asparagus in the butter to coat.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the horseradish encrusted salmon alongside the lemon butter asparagus for a delicious meal.
