Prepare the Oven and Pasta
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the scallions and mushrooms, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the diced roma tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Shrimp and Seasoning
Add the shrimp to the skillet along with the salt, black pepper, and chopped dill. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked angel hair pasta and the shrimp-vegetable mixture. Add the asiago cheese and mix well to combine.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
