Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Slice the beef into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Beef
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, lay down a bed of mixed salad greens. Top with the grilled beef, cucumber slices, red onion, and fresh mint leaves. Sprinkle with chili flakes to taste.
