Ice Cream Base Preparation
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
Flavoring the Ice Cream
Add Flavors
Divide the chilled base into four equal portions. To one portion, mix in the mango puree; to another, add the green tea powder; to the third, stir in chocolate syrup; and to the last, mix in the pureed strawberries.
Churn the Ice Cream
Pour each flavored mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freezing and Serving
Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer each churned flavor into separate airtight containers and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Serve
Scoop out the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy the delightful variety of flavors!
