Beef and Vegetables Preparation

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Beef
Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Add Vegetables
Stir in the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Continue to sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Season
Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper over the mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, water, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Whisk until smooth.

Adjust Consistency
If the sauce is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
Serving

Serve the sautéed beef and vegetables hot, drizzled with the house peanut sauce on the side.
