Prepare the Noodles
Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken and Tofu
In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Add the diced tofu and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the soaked rice noodles to the skillet, along with the chopped green onions and bean sprouts. Pour in the house-made tamarind sauce and toss everything together to combine and heat through.

Serve
Transfer the Phad Thai Gai to serving plates and sprinkle with ground peanuts before serving.
