Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of cooking oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the broccoli, carrots, celery, peppers, napa cabbage, and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the sweet soy sauce and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Finish and Serve

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
