Napa Cabbage Soup
Method
Stir-Fry Preparation

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, snap peas, carrots, and napa cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Cook the Beef
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the sliced beef. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Sauce
Pour the oyster sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Napa Cabbage Soup

Prepare the Soup
In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the chopped napa cabbage and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the sliced green onions just before serving.

Serve the sautéed beef and vegetables over a bed of jasmine rice, alongside a bowl of napa cabbage soup.
