Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rice

Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. Once done, let it cool and fluff it with a fork.

  2. 2

    Stir-Fry Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent. Add broccoli, snap peas, and corn, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Prawns

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Scramble the Eggs

Push the prawn and vegetable mixture to one side of the skillet. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Combine and Season

Add the cooked rice to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
