Prepare the Ingredients
Make sure all the vegetables are sliced, the beef is thinly sliced, and the rice is cooked and cooled.

Stir-fry the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Then add the bell peppers, mushrooms, and snap peas. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add Rice and Sauces
Add the cooked rice to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine. Cook for about 2 minutes, allowing the rice to heat through.

Finish with Herbs
Stir in the fresh Thai basil and torn kaffir lime leaves. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve
Serve the Khoa Phad Keemao hot, garnished with additional Thai basil if desired.
