Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Slice the chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and celery. Julienne the carrots and trim the snap peas. Shred the napa cabbage and cut the broccoli into florets.

  2. 2

    Sauté Chicken

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Add the onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery, broccoli, snap peas, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 4

    Finish with Cabbage and Sauce

Add the shredded napa cabbage and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cabbage has wilted and everything is heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
