Prepare Honey Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, mix equal parts honey and water. Heat gently until combined, then cool.

Muddle Mint and Lemon
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges to release their juices.

Mix the Drink
Add the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, unsweetened iced tea, and honey simple syrup to the shaker with muddled mint and lemon. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Add Strega liquore on top.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel before serving.
