Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fritter Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, flour, eggs, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- 2
Shape the Fritters
Using your hands, form the mixture into small fritters, about the size of a golf ball. Roll each fritter in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 3
Fry the Fritters
In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the fritters in the oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Serving
On a plate, create a bed of mixed greens. Place the fried goat cheese fritters on top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with shaved roasted almonds. Serve with apple chutney on the side.
