Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead and Rise
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Set aside.

Roll Out the Dough
Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut and Fry
Cut the dough into heart or elephant ear shapes. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry each piece until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Once cooled slightly, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce before serving.
