Make the Crepe Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while whisking until the batter is smooth. Stir in the vegetable oil.

Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover the bottom evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift, then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill the Crepes
Place a crepe on a plate and spoon some of the filling onto one side. Fold the crepe over the filling and serve warm. Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
