Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Soba

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked soba noodles, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped onion. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded Lithuanian cheese on top of each patty to melt.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Rinse and cut potatoes into fries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 8

    Season the Fries

Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Assemble the Burger

Place each burger patty on a bun, top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Serve with a side of french fries.
