Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Tequila or Mezcal, 1 oz of Grapefruit Cordial, 0.5 oz of Fresh Lime Juice, and 0.5 oz of Agave Syrup.

Shake It Up
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Use a strainer to pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Add the Fizz
Top the drink with 2 oz of Squirt Soda. This will add a refreshing fizz to your cocktail.

Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a fresh lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
