Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by freshly squeezing the oranges to make the juice. You will need about 4-6 medium-sized oranges to yield 2 cups of juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp if desired.

  2. 2

    Chill the Prosecco

Ensure your bottle of Prosecco is chilled. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket filled with ice and water for about 30 minutes before serving.

  3. 3

    Mix the Mimosa

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the chilled Prosecco. Use a gentle stirring motion to combine the two ingredients without losing too much carbonation.

  4. 4

    Serve the Mimosa

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or any glass of your choice. Optionally, garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim for a decorative touch.
