Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the bowl with the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and fully cooked.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
