1. Juicing the Lemons
Start by rolling the fresh lemons on a hard surface to soften them. Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand. Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp, collecting the juice in a measuring cup.
2. Mixing the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
