Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the Mushrooms
Wipe the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside.
Stuffing Preparation

Make the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Chop Mushroom Stems
Finely chop the mushroom stems that were set aside and add them to the stuffing mixture. Stir well.
Stuffing the Mushrooms

Fill the Mushrooms
Using a spoon, generously fill each Portobello mushroom cap with the stuffing mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
Baking

Prepare for Baking
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the mushrooms and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake the Mushrooms
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serving

Serve Hot
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve the stuffed mushrooms warm as an appetizer or side dish.
