Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill. Add the salmon fillets and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes. Flip the fillets and grill for another 4-6 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 4

    Add Lemon

During the last minute of grilling, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salmon for added flavor.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Veggies

Trim the asparagus and slice the bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them alongside the salmon for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with the grilled seasonal vegetables. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
