Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until the mixture is pale and slightly thickened.

Combine Ingredients
Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.

Add Flour
Sift the all-purpose flour over the chocolate mixture and gently fold it in until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour into Ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
Baking

Bake the Cakes
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool Slightly
Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute. Gently run a knife around the edges to loosen the cakes.
