Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot enough to toast the bread and melt the cheese.

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley.

Slice the Baguette
Cut the French baguette in half lengthwise, creating two long pieces. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side facing up.

Add Cheese Topping
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the garlic butter. Follow with a layer of grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake the Bread
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
