Method
Preparation of the Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure that the wings cook evenly and become crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Coating and Serving
- 5
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat them thoroughly.
- 6
Prepare Celery Sticks
While the wings are cooling slightly, wash and cut the celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- 7
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with the celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
