Preparation Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

2

Prepare the Veggies

Slice the summer squash into thin rounds and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.

3

Roast the Vegetables

Roast the summer squash in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized. If using fresh corn, you can roast it on the cob or use frozen corn as is.

4

Prepare the Pizza Dough

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

5

Assemble the Pizza

Spread the roasted garlic over the dough, then top with roasted summer squash, sweet corn, and stracciatella cheese.

6

Bake the Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

7

Finish with Toppings

Remove the pizza from the oven and top with pickled red onion and arugula. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.

8

Serve

Slice the pizza and serve warm, enjoying the fresh summer flavors.
